Every single time I use this app there seems to be an issue. I made a purchase of 10 photos to be sent to my fiancé, they never arrived when he was in there. I tried reaching out about a refund, and I never got it. THEN I just purchased 20 Flikshop credits and it charged me 6 TIMES. That’s $173.99 total. THEN the credits never showed up in my account. I’m honestly sick of this app. I got one postcard through, but the other 10 photos, VOID! the $173.99 that it charged me for nothing? VOID!

The site is very easy to use, and convenient when I don’t want to write a full letter.

Unfortunately I can't get it to work..it won't let me do anything.

I love this app and I love how quick and easy it is for me to just send something to my fiancé. My only complaint is I wish they would change up the themes and options for postcards much more often. I would spend much more money if there was a bigger variety for me to choose from but once I feel like I’ve sent him every postcard they have, I stop sending until there are new ones.

I sent off 10 photos to be printed as an order and then received tracking information. Then I tell them that the tracking that I got wasn’t working because it took me to a USPS website from the app and then they informed me that no it’s actually a UPS tracking and so I’m sitting there and waiting and watching as the order updates and then all of a sudden the tracking is no longer available and so then I reach out to them and they said they’re going to reprint my order so once they did, they never gave me a new tracking number and when I asked for it, they told me they only offer tracking numbers for their albums, which that doesn’t make any sense, because initially the tracking number was showing up within the app for my order and now when I go to search my tracking information from my order, it’s now populating, but it’s still saying the same thing like it’s not showing up so I think this app is a Forrest and a fake and I don’t think they’re actually really printing out anything and there is stealing peoples money, so don’t use this app. Use Pelly post or something else, the customer service is horrible they don’t even help you and they lie and keep giving you the runaround so don’t waste your money and use a better app or print out the photos and do it yourself

Flickshop is the best most wonderful way to keep in touch with loved ones that are locked up and to send them pictures is the most uplifting thing ever for them!!! Thank you FlickShop

Everything is great about this app. The only thing I ask is to have it ship out faster , other than that very good!

Unfortunately my loved one NEVER received the 10 photos I had sent through this app. She received the post card but not the multiple photos. It is way passed the Est Delivery date as well

I recently just found this app and think it is amazing. I am able to send my husband photos of me and him and if I can’t afford them, I can send a request to Flikshop angels and they send me credits!

I’m a juvenile chaplain and love being able to be an encouragement to the young people who transition to adult facilities and need extra support and love. I can send a card anytime & anywhere!

I love this app! I’m able to quickly send a postcard with a note to let my loved one know I’m thinking about them. I’ve been using the app a couple of years now.

I already used Flikshop as my go-to way to send images to penpals, but now it’s even better. Now you can send pics for half the price of postcards. It now also allows you to add your penpal to a “neighborhood” so they can get even more penpals, especially if you already have a lot and can’t help everyone. Soon you’ll be able to send letters, not just postcards. This might be the only way to send color anything to super strict prisons that don’t allow colored paper.

This is great. I can send a postcard and it is quick and easy. It is a great way to send news about home!

I often forget to mail off letters. The app simplifies the process.

Flickshops are not counted as pictures at many DOC mailrooms therefore you can send an unlimited number to your loved one they are considered male and this is the most convenient way to show them how life is progressing on the outside. Always delivered within a week or less! Puts a smile on every time!!

This is a great app to show your incarcerated loved one that you care. Quick and convenient send a postcard for less than the price of a stamp.

Easy way to stay in touch without having to buy letters or stamps. So grateful for this app.

Having this available is nothing short of a gift from God. It made it easy and affordable to keep in contact with my son during his incarceration. This is a wonderful tool that has been a gift to my family. May God bless you richly!

My husband enjoys getting postcards in the mail. Thank you for creating something for that they can look forward too. Cause we forget to send mail being that they have emails.

I love this app! It makes it so easy to snap a photo of something I see during the day, type up a message and send it to my loved one currently serving time in prison. It has brought my loved one out of depression and restored hope for his future. He was in a dark place and I wasn’t able to write or send pictures as much as I’d have liked. Now it takes 2 minutes and I can remind him I care and that there will be life after prison!! I first saw this app when searching the internet for videos of apps that help with social issues to show my students in class. I came across a TED Talk Marcus did about his app Flikshop. I was incredibly moved by his story and suggest everyone to watch Marcus speak and look at all the work he is doing. My students loved the video too and it sparked so many great ideas for the kinds of apps they could make to help the community and even the world. Thank you to Marcus and the Flikshop team for the life changing and life saving work you do!

I love how easy it is to send pictures. Just take a picture on your phone, and send it as a postcard. Only takes a couple of minutes. Love this app

It’s not allowing me to open any pages to pay for a post card. It allows me to make the post card but no way to pay so I can send it

This app always gets stuck on “estimated delivery” and my loved one has not received over 8 photos sent to him. This is extremely annoying and an inconvenience. He asks me everyday do I know the status of the photos because he is anticipating them. This app has been a total waste of my time and money especially since no one in customer service responded to my e-mail!! I WILL MUCH RATHER PRINT THE PICTURES OFF MYSLEF AND SEND THEM MYSLEF !!

Now you can only send one photo and they don’t even show you your photo history .. how am I suppose to know what photos I’ve already sent ?! And then they say it’s tracking but there’s no tracking on the photos !!! Let alone the history of photos already sent

I hate the new update, it’s way more confusing .. plus they took away the option to send two pictures (the big one and the small one on the top) that’s so dumb, I wish I never updated the app. Also, I hate how you can only either purchase 1 credit, 10 or 15 .. why not make it to where we can choose the # we want manually, I’m never buying 20 credits .. I rather manually enter in my card # 5 times, but I guess that’s their trick to make you purchase more. When a new app comes out better than this one, this one will be deleted. Will never use again.

I’m mot sure if anyone really uses this app!!! I just downloaded it. I find it NOT user friendly and I can’t even figure out how to make a postcard! Super frustrating and I was excited about this! Let me know when this app is working and user friendly. 🥲

Easy & user-friendly to send family & loved ones flicks!!

What a great app for families and our loved ones incarcerated! I just sent my third one. He received the first in five days and when he called I could tell how much it cheered him up seeing pictures of his daughter. Since the jail rules have changed and they literally can’t have anything sent to them except postcards this app has been such a blessing.

I use this app to send postcards to my son’s friends, as a way to support the company. Now I’m sending postcards to my family members who are not in prison. My aunt LOVES these.

My friend loves getting photo postcards from me. She writes me back every time I send her a postcard. Thank you for making this app and making it so easy to send love to my friend! The only thing that’s missing is an option to save a draft. Sometimes, I accidentally go back all the way and lose everything I wrote.

I love this app!!! I send these to my daughter and she loves them. They are good quality prints, much better than the J-pay ones according to her. She shows them off and people are always asking her where I get them. I had never heard of this myself until I was looking up Covid-19 info at the prison and saw a link for two free Flikshops. Ever since then- I am hooked! Thank you Marcus and Marcus’ mom especially:)

"I am sending this to anyone I could think of who might want to communicate with ----. It is an amazing app called Flikshop. For $.99 it will send a postcard with a picture and a note directly from your phone or computer. It’s really easy to use and you don’t need stamps, time to write letters, or figuring out how to get a picture to her. You can get it free from the app store on your phone or from flikshop.com for those of us not so phone friendly. Just think how it would cheer her up. I just sent the attached picture with a note on how soon it will be until she is back with him and how could she not have a good day looking at that face."

When a system glitch occurs and it locks your account for no reason, you only have an email to contact them and then the waiting game. Until they answer to reset your account that occurred after you purchased credits, which also gave an error and it purchased 80 instead of 20, you can create but when you hit send you will see that you account is locked. If the customer service was quick this rating would be a 10 if you could rate that high. Still waiting on a response.

I’m giving it two stars because it’s a good product but I’ve been trying to contact customer service and can not get anyone to respond. Also, just because your faculty shows up in the send to list doesn’t mean they accept these. My friend is a level 1 and wasn’t allowed to receive postcards. Check directly with the facility.
